Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return items within 3 days of delivery. The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags, invoice, and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, personal care items, masks
- Sale/Clearance products marked as non-returnable
- Customized/personalized items (custom name & number printed products)
No exchanges are entertained. Only returns are applicable as per the above policy.
3. Return Process
- Go to “My Orders” → Click “Return”
- Select reason and preferred return method
- Courier pickup will be arranged (if serviceable)
- Return will be inspected after pickup
4. Self-Ship Option
If pickup service is unavailable, you may self-ship the item to our return address.
