Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your money is valuable and we understand that plans can change. Below you’ll find our complete refund and cancellation guidelines.
Refund Policy
1. When Will I Get My Refund?
- Refund is processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Total time: 5–7 business days.
2. Refund Mode
- Refund will be credited to original payment method (UPI, card, wallet).
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — details required via email.
3. Partial Refunds
If product is used, returned late, or not in original condition, partial refund may be given.
4. No Refunds If:
- Return is rejected due to damage/misuse.
- Return is made after the allowed return period.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order OR before the order is shipped (whichever is earlier).
- After shipment, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order in one of the following ways:
- Login to your IS Outlets account.
- Go to My Orders → Click on the order → Select “Cancel”.
- You can also request cancellation by contacting us via email or phone (details below).
3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Products marked as “Final Sale”, customized, or limited-time deal may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Orders placed using special coupons/vouchers may have non-cancellation clauses.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is accepted:
- Prepaid orders: Refund is credited to your original payment method (card/UPI/wallet) within 2–4 business days.
- COD orders: No payment was made, so no refund is applicable.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email/SMS with refund tracking details.
5. Auto-Cancellation by IS Outlets
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment failure or unverified transaction
- Shipping address is incomplete or outside our serviceable zones
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded (if prepaid) and the customer will be informed via email/SMS.
6. Special Notes
- Any cashback or wallet credits used will be refunded as per respective terms.
- Coupons used in a cancelled order may or may not be reusable — based on offer policy.
